familywhen I find the hotel, I see that there is a machanic shops on ground floor and hotel rooms are on second floor, very dirty rooms, Then I refused to check in and come to main road and go to search another hotel. The receptionist told me that all staff go to prey. there is no on responsibil person.the boy was was dirty and mosquitoes and flies are hovering there. very disappointed with booking . never go to hotel RIZ

Rooms are clean and hygienic, i gotten all the services as per commented on the portal, the staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is in the main city in varanasi, and very close to all temples and corporate places.
