Hotel RIZ Varanasi

when I find the hotel, I see that there is a machanic shops on ground floor and hotel rooms are on second floor, very dirty rooms, Then I refused to check in and come to main road and go to search another hotel. The receptionist told me that all staff go to prey. there is no on responsibil person.the boy was was dirty and mosquitoes and flies are hovering there. very disappointed with booking . never go to hotel RIZ

It was good. Hot water facility was provided. Good for overnight stay.

Very unhygienic and no facilities even toiletries not provided they have offered outside vendors food in breakfast

Good rooms but need to improve. Need food facilities as there are less hotels with minimum option so need a restaurant.

Stay was comfortable and hotel management was very cooperative and helpful, given full heart-ed support during our entire stay at varanasi

The first time i felt really disappointed with the service and room, when i visited the hotel, the reception guy gave me a dusty room and window without a door.

My stay was good, staff are very polite and helpful, bathroom is nee t and clean, good for stay with family safe and secure hotel. Hotel is at prime location, ghats and corporate office are nearby to hotel.

Rooms are clean and hygienic, i gotten all the services as per commented on the portal, the staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is in the main city in varanasi, and very close to all temples and corporate places.
