Great Stay, polite and helping staff

I stayed here for one night with my family. Even the hotel was almost empty they gave us room at 3rd floor. they have switched off the main switch of geyser from outside and after complaining they switch on the geyser. I have booked my stay with breakfast but they only provided us poori sabzi and tea coffee. overall all experience was bad. one staff member was rude

not clean, need is applying some clean practices. tissue paper was available in rooms.

Had a pleasant stay. Clean and good rooms. Food was also good.Cooperative staff.

Couple of issues identified: 1. WC seat was not fixed and using WC was very difficult and unhygienic. 2. Electric Kettle was not in use. 3. Air-conditioned was not working properly in room 304. 4. Pillow was very bad and not at all comfortable. 5. Bed linen was over bleached for that very irritating and uncomfortable to sleep

power back up AC was not avaliable. Room has no ventilation. Location is not feasible for everyone to access. Bed was not comfortable for 3 persons in a room. Room service is slow and delayed.

1st thing 1st it's not a homestay its a small hotel .. 2nd thing the description provided on mmt is fake u will get a small room with queen bed and nothing else.. the hotel staff is rude and arrogant they behave like sbi bank.. everything u ask they will show u hotel rules and regulations.. complimentary breakfast is pathetic.. on booking time u will get options of king bed deluxe room etc but they have only one kind of small rooms with bed.. no options it's only in papers .. no living area no balcony nothing .. even if u park ur vehicle in front of gate to get the luggage on and off one of the staff came and saying remove it from there.. like it's a dharamshala or something else .. ocation was good, but cleaning was poor, only shagufta madam behaviour was good among all staff.

The property is located very close to the railway station, making it easily accessible. The property is very neat and clean, welcomed by very warm staff. Loved my stay here!

My stay in Kaashvi was good, the room was clean, it smelled really good. The AC worked well, the bed lines provided were neat. However, I was disappointed with their room service. On the first day of arrival at the hotel, I ordered for veg fried rice, the order came almost after an hour after calling the reception twice. The next day also had ordered plain rice, but the order took a really long time. I informed the owner about the lack of service. He seemed like a nice person and took my suggestion in good spirit. Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable.
