Very bad experience. we were a family of 13 people, with senior citizens. The stay lacks basic facilities. the approach to the facility is very narrow and in a filthy street. Maybe it's near kashi Viswanath temple, but I couldn't ask my family to stay there beyond one night. I lost 40 thousand rupees , but still we moved to a better place the very next morning. avoid this place if you are going with family. if you are travelling light on a tight budget, then you could choose this place. I wouldn't recommend it. I am just disappointed on how people give such good ratings for such facilities.

सर बहुत दुख हो रहा है कि आप ऐसी बात लिख रहे है जब की हम लोगों ने आप को पूरा सहयोग किया यहां तक कि देर रात आपको दवा की जरूरत थी तो स्टाफ से मंगवाकर तुंरत दिया।आप के साथ आए सीनियर सिटीजन को किसी तरह की तकलीफ न हो उसके लिए दूसरे गेस्ट से फस्ट फ्लोर का रूम रात में ही खाकी करवाकर आप को दिया जब की उस रूम की बुकिंग आप की दूसरे दिन से थी। बाकी बड़ा रूम ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर ही था।और रूम सभी क्लीन और व्यवस्थित थे साथ ही AC, गीजर सब अच्छे से काम कर रहे है। सब कुछ ठीक था सभी लोग आपके अच्छे से अर्जेस्ट भी हो गए थे। सर मेन समस्या आपकी यह थी की आपको काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर में एक दिन के लिए ही दर्शन करना था बाकी आपने स्वयं ही कहा कि आपको किसी मठ में रहना है वहां प्रतिदिन दर्शन करना है अनुष्ठान या कार्यक्रम में प्रतिदिन शामिल होना है तो इस वजह से आपको मेरा स्थान दूर समझ में आ रहा था।फिर भी आपने हमें होल्ड पर रखा था। आपने अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार निर्णय लिया। और दोष हमारे होम स्टे में निकाल रहे है।सर, काशी गलियों का अति प्राचीन और पवित्र शहर है यही इसकी विशेषता है। मेरा सदैव प्रयास रहता है कि काशी में मेरे पास आए तीर्थ यात्रियों को किसी प्रकार की कोई असुविधा न हो, उनकी सेवा में हम सब लगे रहते हैं। वृद्ध और बीमार लोगों को यात्रा में थोड़ी बहुत असुविधा होना स्वाभाविक है।हर हर महादेव...

It's a worst experience. I booked AC room with balcony 2 months before and once after reaching the hotel they are telling that AC rooms not available . I have to adjust in Non AC room without balcony as in the last min I will not get my favorable requirement with the same price.Its a worst experience for me.

आप को दो दिन पहले इनफॉर्म कर दिया था कि AC रूम एवलेबल नहीं है। तो कृपया अपनी बुकिंग कैंसल कर दीजिए। या आप चाहे तो कुलर वाला रूम हम दे सकते है। और रूम में एक विंडो, और पीछे बालकनी है। जिसमें आप ने अपना कपड़ा भी सूखने के लिए डाला था। साथ ही दो रोशनदान है। साथ ही ये फोटो कहा कि डाली है मेरे आस पास कही भी नहीं है। और जो लोग रुके थे आप के माता पिता एक बार उनसे भी पूछिए कि उन्हें यहां किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत हुई क्या, क्यों की आप ने बुकिंग की थी आप यहां रुके नहीं थे। साथ ही 11 बजे चेक आउट का समय होने के बाद भी वो दिन में 2 बजे तक यहां रहे। Ac, non Ac रूम में सिर्फ 100 से200 रुपए का अंतर है।
