The food was over priced for no reason. It was not that tasty so i feel the price was not justified. Rest all was okay. No thanks.

I would like to appreciate your feedback always. The food which we prepared that is only for our staying guest. We never count that meal will prepare for 1 guest or more than 1 guest, due to this our expenses are higher side than any other regular restaurant. Also we provide all meals without Onion & Garlic, therefore it might be effect your taste.

The following points - >room has no calling facility. Every time one hv to go out from room and call some one by soughting. >food not up to standard and hotel dos not use onion garlic. This has to be mentioned by you in discretion during booking > only fixed menu available no choice of food available. > courtesy by staff was poor. >for two days stay there was no houe keeping in between

Dear Mr. Tiwari, Thanks for your update. You were staying at Homestay & we all are aware that no one house in India has intercom facility. One mobile number has given in each room & you could call on that number rather to find staff by soughting. It's our speciality to not to use Onion & Garlic in our any meals items which I can't change for any particular guest. Maximum guests changed their stay from any star category hotel to our Homestay just due to Pure Veg meals & it's guests choice only whether he likes it or dislikes it. You will get always a fixed menu option at any Homestay in India. I think you should choose only a HOTEL for our stay instead of Homestay. I apologise that you feels poor courtesy by staff which I will check. For any stay more than 1 night, it's always a guests choice to use the service of House Keeping even at any star hotels also, we need to inform for House Keeping service because some guests didn't like to open their room in their absence. Tonight I am staying at Hotel Vivanta ( TAJ ) at Ahmedabad & I found that Hotel will require our request for House Keeping service during our next night stay. We provide our services to our every guests as they feels that they are staying at HOME AWAY FROM THEIR OWN HOME.

This place is comveniently located near the railwaystation, very nice spacious rooms. Friendly and courteous staff members. Food is nice and homely, you may also order food from retaurant on the ground floor which is equally good. Wifi connectivity is good. Tv is also good wuality working and well connected. Washrooms are clean and well kept. Linens are tidy and clean.

Sorry that i seen your reply today (15. 05. 22. * your food plan was on ep ( room only ) & for your kind information that we prepare any food items only after 2 hours prior information because we served only fresh meals. * wifi connectivity is better in lobby area but in room, you will always get poor due to door close. I think you were using wifi first time that you are complaining like this that in open area, it's work always better. * i hope, you had checked location before booking also & if you didn't did, it was your mistake because i didn't change our location after your booking. * you had clearly mentioned that you will reach hotel after 10 pm & it was your special instruction during booking. We arranged accordingly but if you will change your schedule at very last moment, difficult to manage. If you were not sure yourself that till what time you will reach, you should must not mention as special instruction during your booking. * apart from you, no one given such feedback as you did & it's verify that apart from you, our other guest are very much satisfied.

Nice very spacious and comfortable rooms with all facilities equipped within, the property was located nearby the railway Station and the nearby the attractions as well. The staffs were courteous and the host was friendly. Highly recommend the property to others.

It was such an amazing Stay with Pushpanjali Home Stay, Varanasi. The location was good and their staff also navigate me to reach the property. But the entrance of the property was quite confusing because they were allowing from backside entrance. The room was very clean and very spacious. They were serving Jain food only but they managed non-veg food from outside.

The cleanliness was very nice. The area was safe to Stay. All the facilities which they provided were up to the mark. The room was good and well decorated, but the only problem was with the location as it was a little far from the main point.
