Terrible Stay

Not worth. They are not giving a free glass of bottle for drink. Also no attached bathroom. No table no wardrobe, mosquito.

The owner called and told that they don't have vacant rooms so how can you book a room. I told him to update it on makemytrip as it is not my concern i have paid the amount and i don't have any other option as i was about to reach at the stay. He very rudely said that he is not concerned about that and will not provide me the room cut to i called my friend and cried because i had a interview the very next day and he had a talk with the owner ( the owner was rude with him also ) and asked to pay extra for the stay. I paid extra 500 rs for that pathetic room but i was left with no option because of the non refundable policy of make my trip.

We don’t know why people write that kind of review if you are facing that kind of issue then why you stay in same property I think the guest is habitual to stay in 5 star properties they have to book that kind of property we are always trying to serve best to our guest but….. guest can say any but if you are facing that kind of problem then why you stick with that property and if you are paid any amount there then send us screenshots we’ll refund your amount and sorry for your inconvenience but please don’t say that you paid by cash because you are booked room with online payment it means you comfortable with online payment thank you so much for your feedback but still our team is on this kind of issue you raised.

Rooms was clean, air conditioning was good, bedsheet was clean. No other things available like towel, soap, shampoo etc. Overall i felt comfortable there.
