Hotel Varanasi Heritage

Had to choose the property as it was last minute scheduled travel. Regretted it the moment I entered the room. Walls were damped and paint was coming off. Toilet was broken. TV non functional. No hot water availability during winters. Adding to the above was last minute cancelation of my cab that I had requested hotel more than 24 hours back for travel to airport. Would definitely not recommend this property.

Neat & clean property - good service

Location is good, just 200 m from Assi Ghat. Food was nice. Amenities and services were disastrous. Only shampoo and soap were available in bathroom. Rest was not available. When asked for things like body lotion, hand towel etc, they neither provided nor had a courtesy to say that these are not available. Hot water was not available in bathroom, when complained about, one staff person came and after 5 minutes said आ तो रहा है ( when water was just somewhat less cold, not even warm). Restaurant services are not available before 0800 hrs even if you need milk for babies.

Location is just perfect for visiting Assi Ghat, nearby ghats and Gauri Kedareshwar temple

Parking is not good, accommodation and food is little cost higher side equipment are also average quality, so over all experience is average.

Very bad, rude staff and they served bad food though after complaining they changed it, not safe for family stay.

The location is very central - near to mandir and ghats. The restaurant is Decent with a good view and the staff is hospitable. Rooms are decently sized and equipped and kept neat and clean.

Friendly staff and great location! The place is right at the bank of Assi ghat which makes the stay very pleasant. They have a nice terrace and a restaurant from where you can see the river. They are renovating so the terrace was a little unclean but rooms were clean.

Located next to Assi ghaat nice clean property. Food is just amazing Alam takes extra with each guest and served us hot food and even personlised for my daughter. Staff is courteous and helpful Nice to stay if you are looking for staying closer to ghaat

Stay was very good. located in prime location and approachable to Tulsi, assi Ghat and Viswanath mandir. Reception person was kind and Rajesh Singh in travel helpdesk was humble. our driver was so patient to take for sight seeing.. Could improve some amenities being it's new building. Recommended stay..

Anyone who wants to go lolark . This is the best place for assi ghat.Helpful people . Food was satisfactory just for our hunger . Rooms are very clean and washroom too

Stay was good...they have a new bldg with fresh interiors...had a pleasant stay with the family and very near to assi ghat walking distance

The room was very clean, but housekeeping was not completed by the 2 PM check-in time—we had to wait for an hour before it was ready. The food was delicious and well-prepared, though the breakfast options in the morning were quite limited. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Assi Ghat.
