Hotel Rivera Palace

Everything was alright! The rooms were spacious with proper Air Conditioning. Overall it was a good experience staying at Hotel Rivera Palace

Food, comfort and other amenities were very good. The only problem was the location of the hotel, which is situated inside a less accessible street.

Bath Hot water, sheets linen clean. airCon operated but didn’t cool to 19C; ceiling fan functioned.

Worst service did not gave room till 3pm and food service is worst in complimentary break fast and very bad blankets

Room was quite spacious. Workers were quite amicable and willing to help . All amenities were working. Washrooms were clean and spacious. Quality of food was very good. Can’t think of any negative point after entering hotel. However, approach to hotel was shady and vehicles cannot reach. But hotel workers always helped for carrying the luggage to the point where vehicles are available. Did not face any issues.

Rooms were very clean and spacious specially delux room. Decent staff. Location was also nice. Overall good place to stay.

Polite and supportive Staff. Even at 11.30 PM they greeted us with the friendly smile.. That Banarasi warmth. Room was good in size very clean.

Amenities Good but Surrounding Area not good. Street are narrow and dirty. Food is very tasty and superb.

No Room Cleaning for 3 Days Straight. No Drinking Water Provided. Additional Charges are being asked for Stay. Behaviour of Staff was very rude and doesn't have sense of welcome and gratitude. Not recommended. Room doesn't have windows. Box type rooms. Worst stay experience.

The hotel is at perfect location. Anandmayee Ghat and Even Assi Ghat is at walking distance. Sankatmochan mandir ,Durgakund and all famous places of Banaras are nearby. Hotel staffs are well behaved. Food is also good,though a bit costly.

disaster experience, location of property worst, even cars can't go outside of the premises. rooms are very bad. no pest control, cockroaches are running inside the room. A/C are not working, even after complaint about it, there is no act. service is pathetic, only a single count menu for breakfast & lunch/dinner I think MMT should not list such properties on their portal & that too in such high rate it's -2* property.

Food is good however the property needs renovation. Hotel staff is cordial and helped with requests.

This property is good for a short stay. I liked all the amenities offered by this hotel except that the entrance from the main road is very difficult to locate. You have to walk around 75 metres to reach the Hotel and there is no signage to reach the Hotel for a first timer to reach the Hotel. Beside this, everything else was good.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Loved the ambiance. We ordered food which was very very good. Helpfull staff and very mannered

The rooms here are genuinely impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, everything good ends there. The food experience was absolutely horrible. The quality of the food was shockingly bad—definitely not what you'd expect from a place that otherwise looks so polished. To make things worse, the stewards seemed completely untrained. They not only served subpar food but also tried to mislead us about what we were getting. It took over 2 hours to receive our order, and by the time it arrived, it wasn’t even worth the wait. It’s unfortunate because the rooms had us hopeful, but the terrible food and incompetent service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not recommended for dining.

We checked in at 10 p m they allotted a new room when we entered we were in a shock there were no table or chairs when we asked they were so rude to say that they don’t have of practice of providing chairs and on top of it we were not provided any towels till we left and the breakfast provided by them was pathetic poha was full of small stones and other breakfast was channa batura which was not good at all come morning there was no hot water 💧 available we were provided lukewarm water in filthy buckets is this a kind of service are people don’t do background checks are you people fooling us henceforth shall be extra careful while booking

All was good. The location and everything was good. The ambience was good and response of staff was also good. Food can be better. The rates were higher than usual due to peak season but the stay overall was good.

Worst experience for a 3 star kind of hotel no cleanliness equipments in room not working restaurant service was horrible
