Hotel Aakash Ganga

I like to appreciate the help provided by Make my trip team when I was not able to find good hotel and car service from Ayodhya to Varanasi. I found all genuine hotel with accurate rating and seemless car service to travel. Really I and my family enjoyed the trip and lot of thanks to Make my trip team. Regards Amit Goswami

The hotel is pathetic with torn bedspread, faulty electrical connections and dirt falling on the bed from ac vents. The hotel has no lift facility and there is no lock from inside the room apart from a bolt on top. we had mistakenly left the prasad in the room while vacating. we called up from the airport and informed them to courier the same. we also offered to pay for the courier charges. Yet they haven't couriered the same. They don't answer calls as well.

hotel location was pretty good. The ghat was just 5 mins waking distance. Godowlia chawk and saree market is also within 2 km distance. hospitality of the hotel staffs were good. overload good experience.

Hotel Akash Ganga was a nice place located near shivala ghat. The rooms were clean and the staff was cooperative. Owner Aakash Gupta is also a nice person.

The rooms were very tiny and dirty. Don’t stay at this hotel trust me very tiny and dirty hotel. Dirty, tiny room

The place was clean and tidy, behaviour of the staff was also professional. It is accessible from the temple and other important holy sites, by autos and e-rickshaws, but the hotel is not on the main road. Overall experience was good.

Comprehensive review: the location of the hotel is near assi ghat. Rooms are pretty small and least ventilated. It seems like old age small and smelly rooms, with no ventilation, are converted by placing tv, (malfunctioning ac) and old double bed. Further washrooms are unclean with low flow tap waters. Cleaning boys seldom report to the room and few boys enjoy their job only at reception(day/night) they are less helpful. Few e-ricksaw driver may approach you for various types of tours but they are a part of scam this hotel runs parallely.

The stay was okay. Staff was polite and co-operative. Easy to access. Only thing was i got the third floor which was not easy for me as i was carrying a child. Overall it was ok

As a solo woman traveller, hotel felt safe, staff behaviour nice. But comparing room facilities and hotel amenities, it is a bit overpriced. Otherwise, hotel service is good.

The room was clean and was not that difficult to find. Found a really nice banarasi saree shop which was affordable right next to the street of hotel. Assi ghat is nearby and other locations are not that far also. The staff was very helpful also and guided us with the tourist places and temples. Overall experience was nice🥰. Don’t have pictures :(

My experience was really amazing! like i stayed there for one day and it was wonderful! the owner himself is so humble and polite! he booked cab for me and came to help me with luggage’s as well. Would really want to recommend this hotel if you want to experience good gesture toward customer!
