Excellent stay neat and clean property food is very good hygiene environment front office staff is very helpful person over all stay very good

Location is not much tough to reach. But not easy too. Amenities and services are too good. Food is delicious, no doubt.

All room ac not working 2 room change and ac in 16 degree and also fan on but no cooling in room . Very bad experience with this hotel I complained manager and staff but nothing solve

There is no parking facility in Hotel. Inside room there is no space to keep luggage. There is no Chair Table for having food etc. Location of Hotel is also inside the lane with very average apperance.

Coordination was not proper between reception and restaurant. Breakfast was included in our package but restaurant team was denying the same. Settlement was done post discussion with reception guys. Very limited spread in Breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable.

Very good and hygiene ambience, service is also good, but u have to park your vehicle outside the hotel.

Our stay at [Park Plaza] in Kashi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit truly memorable. The location was perfect, a short walk from the market and close to local attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashi!

Park plaza hotel was excellent in its service, delicious food, room service was very prompt, we booked two rooms, had a relaxing stay of two nights only two points we need to mention just as a feedback dedicated parking would have been better the bathrooms should have net as in one of them there were a lot of mosquitoes. However immediate action was taken by the room service and it was a very good stay. Highly satisfied.

Rooms were so dingy and cramped, person could not sit and relax, you only had to lie down on the bed. Room, the quilt had moldy smell. Traveler are advised to avoid this hotel.

Good hotel no issue in this price range.

My belief in mm t recommended stays is just shattered. Poor mattress, although the hotel is clean. Do-not recommend for family, good for a single stay.

The hotel is quite at good location and very found very peaceful during the stay. Hotel staff is well trained to attend the guest as well. Food is little bit challenging to match it's original taste as well. Must use this hotel at this price range. Very peaceful stay at hotel.

The hotel is good but the location of the hotel is very far from varanasi junction. Proper taxi is not available from varanasi junction to the hotel
