Check-in and First Impressions:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I arrived around 9:45 PM, and the staff at the front desk were polite, professional, and quick to assist with the formalities. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a refreshing touch after a long journey. The lobby was tastefully decorated, with ambient lighting, fresh flowers, and a subtle fragrance that immediately made the space feel inviting and upscale.
Room:
The Room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable with fresh linens and a variety of pillows to choose from. The room featured a large flat-screen TV, complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee station, and ample closet space. I especially appreciated the large window with blackout curtains and a partial city view.
The bathroom was classic with premium toiletries, clean towels, and good water pressure. The only downside was that the hot water took a few minutes to come on, which could be inconvenient during rushed mornings.
