It was a really good stay. The rooms were quite spacy and comfortable. Enjoyed my team here. Will recommend to others as well.

spacious room, courtesy staff, multiple food options, Food is really good, customisation also available if needed. overall experience was good and satisfactory. I would prefer to stay again during my next visit.

Although not everything about RIVATAS by Ideal was bad, there was hardly any star quality to experience. The rooms though comfortable had stark walls and basically rooms were bare. Light switches were so oddly located that one had to reach out far from the beds to use them. Switches for some lights were so confusing that I uad to call housekeeping to help find and switch them off to sleep. The Bar menu boasted of an expansive selection but on ordering came to know that the actual choices available were very very limited. The dinner menu was not much to write home about. Saving grace was the polite, helpful and lightning quick service by the staff. Kudos to the entire staff.

Stay was comfortable and food was good. Rooms were big. Beds were comfortable. Toiletries were also provided

Am not happy with the amenities and the food I have 20% in my beavrages but i haven't get that and dining service is also not good after spending huge amount of money for the suit. its totally waste

Location of Hotel is very good, transportation is easily available.Staff is polite and very Helpful,food is also very good.. Whenever i visit Varanasi i stay only at Rivtaas.

Early check in was possible rooms were clean also food was good.staff at reception was courteous

AMAZING experience. Clean rooms, very comfortable, excellent housekeeping and effective airconditioning. The food experience too is excellent, and they are very happy to customise for you. We enjoyed everything from Chinese to biryani and made to order khichdi! Also a bug ahoutout to very attentive service, especially by Shashi at the restaurant and Prem in reservations

The Hotel is located in heart of Varansi , slight away from hustle of Varanasi Ghats . Rooms are well maintained and Clean. Very few Hotels give you branded Soaps / Body Wash , Conditioner and Shampoo this is one they gave Biotique Products . Food spread was good for breakfast . Would recommend for stay . The stay was very comfortable and memorable. The suite room was quite spacious, good amenities and the taste of food was just awesome! The location is good but the cost is on the higher side (including food) compared to surrounding properties. No quick response or supporting attitude from the front desk. Good if they work on these parameters.
