Kashi Vilaa

I recently stayed at this Kashi Vilaa and had a very pleasant overall experience. The standout feature was definitely the staff—they were exceptionally attentive, courteous, and polite, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Pros: 1. Polite and Attentive Staff: The Kashi Vilaa staff went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. 2. Clean Rooms with Basic Amenities: My room was spotless and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. 3. Central Location: The Kashi Vilaa’s location is quite central, making it convenient to access key areas of the city. 4. Peaceful and Quiet Rooms: Despite being centrally located, the rooms were peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Cons: 1. Food Quality: The quality of food could be improved. It did not meet my expectations compared to the other aspects of the Kashi Vilaa. 2. Distance from Main Road: The Kashi Vilaa is a bit far from the main road, and it would be helpful to have clear signage in the alley leading to the property. 3. Unclean Alley: The alleyway leading to the Kashi Vilaa was not very clean, which detracted from the overall first impression. 4. Dark Alleyway at Night: The alley becomes quite dark during power cuts, which could be a safety concern. Better lighting or backup power in the alley would be appreciated. Overall Impression: Despite a few drawbacks, especially regarding the food and the approach to the Kashi Vilaa, my stay was very good thanks to the wonderful staff and comfortable, quiet rooms. With a few improvements in food quality and the approach to the Kashi Vilaa, this could easily become my go-to place for future visits.

My stay at Kashi Vilaa was pretty good. Service and amenities both are good. The staff were courteous and friendly however they need to update the customer quickly for extension etc. That does not diminish their service quality, it’s just a suggestion. The best part though is the quality of their washroom which is tough to find in this city unless you go extra premium! Location is slightly tricky because when we were here, there was some stuff going on which meant the cab couldn’t drop you right at the Kashi Vilaa. So we had to come through the rear entry. That’s the only thing visitors should be vary of! Thank you to the staff for their help! Keep it up!

The check-in process was smooth and the staff greeted me with warm smiles , My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed. The housekeeping was prompt and ensured everything was spotless each day. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast — a wide variety of fresh options that catered to all tastes. It was a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great service. I would definitely recommend this Kashi Vilaa to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant experience.

so I booked this Kashi Vilaa for my parents and their friends and they absolutely loved their stay. All the places like temple, ghats, famous eating joints, etc were in walking distance. The staff of the Kashi Vilaa deserves a special applause for their impeccable service. They were always ready to help with a smile. The size of the room was a bit small but the room and the bathroom were very clean and it had all the amenities required. Overall we will only be staying with Kashi Vilaa on our next visit to Varanasi. Really happy with MMT too which suggested this Kashi Vilaa. Highly recommended.

Good in terms of proximity to ghats and eating joints . Approach road on the first day was difficult to find but the Kashi Vilaa staff helped us navigate it. It is a good place for the price it comes with. Will recommend if you are not looking for luxury and wants a decent and comfortable place to stay during a Theerth yatra. Hotel staff was extremely courteous.

I booked it for a day for my parents. The facility was really very nice, clean rooms and warm staff, extended it for two more days. It is not too far from the temple and market is nearby. If you come to Banaras, this is a good option to stay and feel the warmth of Banaras 😍

amenities and services were great.. staff was very cooperative.. it is situated in a gali, just 100 metres away from main road, one can safely walk down the lane.. Good option for girls looking for a decent stay

ITS WAS NICE AND A PLEASENT STAY AT THE PROPERTY, THOUGH THEY DONT HAVE A PARKING BUT THEY HELP US FOR THE PARKING AND THE STAF WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL. THEY HAVE NICE AND KOND GESTURE. WILL SURELY VISIT AGAIN
