Hotel Divyanshi Inn

I had a wonderful experience here. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. All the staff members were polite and helpful. Their service was smooth and professional. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. Highly recommended to everyone!

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easily accessible, making travel around the city hassle-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

This hotel is in a small road where an auto rickshaw also can’t go through. Don’t look at photos and reserve the room. No lift facility. No hangers in the room. No water bottles provided. Upon repeated request only they provided. Room is very very small. Zero ventilation. With all of the above facilities the price is too high.

Had a great stay, everything was perfect, from room to ambience to food to everything. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend.

I found this hotel on mm t and chose to stay here based on the good reviews. Overall, it met my expectations. While the hotel itself is not exceptional, the bathrooms are excellent, and the interiors are well-designed. The rooms are very good but a bit small and less spacious. All the mentioned amenities are provided as promised. However, the locality is not ideal as it is not in a proper market area, and there are no lifts in the hotel.

Good stay. The staff is cooperative. However, there is no lift available in the hotel and it is difficult to climb up to 4th stairs, especially if you are travelling with elder people.

The stay at divans-hi in @ banaras was quite comfortable. Hotel staff was very cooperative and room was good and spacious. Cleanliness was maintained properly with all the amenities given. The only problem was there was no lift in the hotel due to which my parents faced issues going to the 5th floor all by stairs.

I repeatedly asked for a room in the lower floor. I was given a room in the 5th floor. There is no elevator or lift. There is a kitchen at the entrance to the hotel and there are around 7 boys staying and working and cooking in the hotel. The full hotel room smells because of frying oil and cooking which is right at the entrance to the hotel. The reception guy can learn some hospitality.

Standard room given for one night when paid for superior room. Small room offered, geyser didn’t work, no good night and many mosquitoes. Room given on 4th floor without lift. Bill charged for bisleri which was not taken

The location of the hotel was good and the rooms were clean and perfect size.But there is no elevator in the building and I got the room on the 4th floor.The hotel staff were really nice and helped us with the luggage and everything.They were willing to change our room the next day because of less availability of room in the day of check in.

Hotel Divanshi inn is cool to stay, perfect location nearby to kotwal bhairo baba and nearest to all places in banaras. Good and cooperative staff, excellent washrooms and cleaning. Overall good experience to stay. Thankyou
