Hotel Ananda Kashi

Stay was very comfortable. The Stafs were very helpful. Most impotantly hotel is very accessible and near the temple.

only few rooms have windows, rest rooms DON'T have windows so if you are claustrophobic then confirm before checkin if they plan to allot rooms without window, not value for money with such rooms, first time I am seeing such hotels with no window. Cleanliness was well maintained, staff were polite and were able to accommodate us in room with window only because it was available that time and food was not bad. Advice to team is to mention the description room without a window let the customer decide if they want to book or not , as after spending such a high amt argument for a decent ventilated room is the last thing the customer would expect on arrival.

I had visited Varanasi for two nights and it was a so stay. This property is extremely clean and has a very good location in terms of the temple and also Ghats which are nearby. The staff are also very courteous and friendly.

our stay is good. but no parking is available by the Hotel for our Urbania vehicle. GM of hotel bluntly refused to provide alternative parking location. Due to this we had to wait for2 hours at gate. finally I was compelled to take paid parking by paying Rs.2500 to keep the vehicle for 30 hrs. Though I spent almost 40k the attitude of the mgmt. I couldn't use the vehicle at varanasi and spent nearly 5000 for sightseeing. In all other places we didn't face any difficulty.

Hotel Ananda Kashi is located at a prime location (close proximity to Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir) Clean & Hygenic property. The service standards of hotel staff, especially Mr. Raju & Ms. Saadhna are exceptional, they were very courteous, prompt and helpful in attending queries. I would definitely give my overall stay experience @ Ananda Kashi a 5 Star Rating and definitely recommend to visit this property.

Hotel is in the vicinity of Kashi Vishwanath temple. Very good rooms, good food, good transport facilities available. Overall great experience! Also they have a small shop, which was worth buying few bananas silk material. Thanks for all!

Rooms and food was very good but very poor cleaning services and cab services. We had asked for cab to station for our forward journey which was called for one day prior but the cab was so late that we missed our train. They were arguing with drivers till last min for booking confirmation although taken double from customer

Proper location to visit old Kashi.Food quality is fair. Neat and clean . Hotel staff is cooperative and warm.

It was a very good stay...food is also very good and affordable...staff’s behaviour is very nice and courteous...Kashi Vishwanath temple is just 1.4 km away and kaal bhairab mandir is just 500 mtrs...overall it was a nice experience...

Good service and restaurant food was good in taste and freshly made. Service was quick. Easy accessibility for darshan of most places. I will recommend this place.

Property location is very good as it's walking distance from Key landmarks (e.g Kashi Vishwanath temple, Dashashwmedh ghat, etc.). However this good location is it's problem as well. Because of the narrow lanes and dirty and very narrow approach roads to reach the property. That's the only major challenge. Staff is excellent (most of those) , they are helpful and genuinely put the effort to fix your issues. Decent facilities, although the property seems old and there is no lift. The lightning is the property is kept dim which doesn't give a very positive feeling. Some of the rooms lack the facilities which are claimed on MMT app. There was mini refrigerator mentioned in the room however there was no such thing there. Moreover, they take as deposit for locker storage keys which is refundable at the time of checkout. However , this should be mentioned on MMT website while booking and not at the end when u r checking in. Nonetheless apart from these basic issues / challenges. Staff's helpful behaviour and walkable distance from key landmarks (despite narrow approach road and tacky lanes) makes the overall experience positive.

Well, Location was awesome, just a straight 10 min walkway on Corridor Road throughout the market from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and Ashwamegh Ghat, Aarti Point. Food was delicious, especially their Breakfast Buffet, more specifically their Masala Idli. In Room Dinner Taste could be improved though. Staff Behaviour and Services are good. I got Fever at night and they arranged medicines for me in just a call. The suite room was totally spacious with a Living room attached with a nearly full glass wall. Cleanliness and Hygiene was Top Notch. I wish there could have been a Bathtub too in the suite room at that price. And additional TV in room too as it was in Living Area. Hotel and room feels totally safe , discreet and private. There are Desi liquor shops just outside the hotel, and crowdy road bcoz of that.
