Review Of BrijRama Palace, Varanasi | By the Ganges

Our stay at Brijrama was just amazing. It's such a beautiful property at an even more beautiful location. All the staff there are so friendly, they do everything in their capacity to make their guests feel comfortable. The food was so good, esp. the lassi, loved it 😍 We had one of ourbest experiences staying at this heritage site.

BrijRama Palace is a breathtaking heritage property with an unbeatable location right on the Ganges—perfect for spiritual walks, temple visits, and sunrise views. The architecture, serenity, and river access make it truly one of a kind. A special thanks to Fahad at FB for his amazing hospitality and warmth. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, even serving food post kitchen shut-down. His care truly made our stay unforgettable.

Rudresh Tewari has been the most gracious and thoughtful host one could hope for. His warmth, generosity, and constant support made our stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. From the little details to the big moments, everything was taken care of with such care and kindness. This place has such a special charm, and being here has been an enriching experience that I’ll treasure for a long time. I’m definitely going to miss this beautiful palace and the wonderful energy it holds. Thank you, Rudresh, for everything, I hope to be back soon. 🫶✨

Very high price

Have been travel-ling across the world for over a decade, undoubtedly this one of the best stays so far. The staff, the food, the rooms everything was upto the mark. Though we went during monsoon the staff took care of everything. I was travel-ling with my dad and had specific needs, the hotel made sure we were comfortable at every point of time. Special mention to the staff helping out with the guests movement in and out of the hotel, reception person (amit, satish ji and others.

Its a valuable experience! everything is upto the mark except the in and out to the hotel, eve b though its a good experience some how difficult to old age.

This place is actually vibe of varanasi, it is luxurious and traditional, staff is really helpful, my mom became fan of this place. It can be tough for old people to climb the stairs but i felt this place has all the thing required to stay in varanasi

Right next to dwashwamedh ghat. Beautiful ambience, one can have amazing ganga views. But the rooms are non ventilated and small for the tariff. So not very much happy with room space and size. Otherwise it is good

I decided to stay in this place as it had a vantage location by the dashashwamedh ghats where the ganga aarti takes place. They take us to the hotel by a boat from name ghats. The hotel person mr pramod who accompanied me in the boat was very courteous and he explained in detail about the number of ghats and it's significance. The boatman also was kind and offered to take pictures. The hotel was a heritage property and it was a architectural beauty with pleasing interiors. The room was a lil small but it was very well maintained. Complimentary snacks and high tea was very good. They took us on a complimentary boat ride to see the ganga aarti and it was a surreal experience. Breakfast food was awesome and the service was impeccable. Complimentary foot spa was fantastic too. All the staffs were very courteous and made it a pleasurable experience except the reception staff ms nikita who had an attitude and was not at all approachable or helpful. Her behaviour was very callous. Thanks to brijrama for the wonderful experience, will cherish it.

Melt in ganges, on the ghats, in these busy lanes of mahadev at this beautiful and one n only property. Food, service, location or anything that can be compared, it is 100/100. Better than taj or any other brands to be honest.

The property is not for seniors citizens. U have to walk more than a km. In narrow lanes. From the car drop point u have to change riksha 2 times & then u have to walk. The management had no where mentioned this. They had not made any arrangements for daily travel of their customers.

Excellent experience hotel is heritage property with hospitable staff and good food access to hotel was cumbersome as river ganga was overflowing and we had to walk a bit to get into property hotel staff were very helpful with luggage

We stayed for 3 nights, the service was impeccable. This is a heritage hotel and the location is right on the ghat. Sumptuous home style food, very friendly and well informed staff.

The stay was deliciously satisfying in every respect. The food was excellent. Pick & drop facility provided by hotel by boat that too free of cost was overwhelming. Classical dance in the evening was like icing on the cake. The property was the best in itself in whole varanasi

Prime location, awesome view of the ghats, exclusive boat riding, complimentary friuts tea breakfast, nice property, everybody should visit always stay and feel the ambience nice gesture of the staffs

Everything is beautiful at this property. Well maintained and organized. The food is excellent. Room sizes are small but being a heritage property this much is adjustable. Rest the service and staff is awesome.
