hotel very bad, rooms bahut chote hai ,staffs behaviour very rude, never stay with family ,staff behaviour very bad , please koi bhi iss hotel me na ruke

please agar ap family k sath ho enka badiya room laine econmy class wala room chota hai baki staff theek hai

One of the bad experience they not provide any thing even a bucket and tawal and unsupportive employees

The location is good, close to assi, ganga ghat. Plenty of food options. Shopping area close by. Starbucks nearby as well. Clean room, courteous staff.

Good place for staying in. It's nearby walkable distance to assi ghat. Room ok bed ok toilet ok. Staff and management are good behaviour.

It was very dirty! without private washroom. Bathroom hadn't hot water! the room was terrible so old and dirty! without bin, mirror and privacy for passengers!

The hotel is good according to the price and the peak season in which i visited the city but the basic necessities are also not covered, and most importantly the washrooms are very dirty

The property has no lift. There could have been tea or coffee arrangements. Room service was average. The price is high in comparison to the facilities offered. Overall the experience was ok.

The room was pretty clean and affordable for the price. It was near to assi ghat (wasn’t difficult to locate) but unfortunately they don’t provide you any toiletries (not even small soaps. That’s the reason i am giving 4 stars. We requested for 1st floor as my parents were senior citizens. They said they would try, but ended up giving the 2nd floor. However the owner was kind enough to let my parents checkout after 11am which was great. Apart from climbing stairs, my parents liked their stay. I would recommend people to stay here if you are looking for clean and budget friendly rooms.

Staff are good in behaviour and also suggested some places what to go for and what not. One thing i am a little disappointed about the room service is that no one came to ask for room cleaning or refill the water.

Unhygienic, staff behaviour was not good additionally you can book a ac room with same price just beside this property.

There is nothing, i mean for stay 2 night it's really waste of our money, inside room nothing phone connection to call the guy for water ya any thing and water mug dust like crazy and glass and blanket on room like no clean n nothing, careful who book before go. Saying truth

Room was stinky, wall was dripping, no hygiene maintained, we stayed for 2 nights and no room cleaning and bed sheet change was done also no towels were provided, bathroom was also very smelly and no exhaust was available. Overall very bad experience also staff was so cunning, if you have any other options go for that.
