Review Of Radisson Hotel Varanasi

Except the room everything else was 10/10. Rooms need restoration. Location was fine. Food was great & service/hospitality was very good too!

Good stay. While hotel and amenities are old but very well maintained. Staff is attentive and ambience is very good.

I would suggest to look for other better options, as this property does not meet 5 star standards & brand name of Radisson. 5 star charm is missing if compared with other Radisson properties Good things - Staff was humble , very cooperative, rooms & bathrooms were clean Challenges - AC is not effective at all. It becomes highly uncomfortable & suffocating to stay in room with ac not working properly during humid season Also, Room was very smelly. I expected a lot from Radisson.

Overall fine, quiet area away from hustle bustle but takes 30mins to reach the main old varanasi kashi temple area. Although easy connectivity with auto and cabs. Felt little short on staff, small hiccups here and there but considering its in tier 2 city it was fine i suppose

The location is nice. Hotel staff is very helpful. The food was nice. Overall, it was a nice experience except the bathroom. Water clogged while bathing or brushing, and you will really not have a feel of a bath due to this.

Location is good, bar was under maintenance, food in muticuisine restaurant was average and coffee machine not working on 02 days during our stay. Due to seepage, there is dampness on wall in toilet, lobby etc. Coffee shop opens at 10.00am and shuts early in the evening, around 9.00pm. There is no valet service. It was raining during our stay, but no umbrella was available at concierge/reception. Overall, inefficient management,poor maintenance and average food had made our stay miserable. They should improve if they are charging so much.

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel lobby is pretty cool too, love the room and all the things work perfectly fine, the breakfast was awesome too

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Radisson. The room was below expectations, with extremely dirty windows and no view at all. The breakfast had very limited options, and the taste was just average. Room service food was overpriced, charging premium rates without matching quality. Overall, the stay felt too costly for the experience provided.

I had a lovely experience. The staff, especially the security staff and guards were extremely courteous. I was a little overwhelmed in Varanasi and they went out of the way to help. Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Lovely experience overall and I would love to stay again

1. property at good location, though old, maintained good 2. Break fast is good and variety of food 3. Rooms are well maintained 4. House keeping is good, people are helping in nature 5. Limitation to taxi booking through OLA, UBER for airport as the entire area is restricted in booking app

I was disgusting stay bad staff privacy issue and so much disturbance ambience as thy always doing some construction work near the room premises
