Rating 1 for the quality of the room but the quality of food was good hence given 2 rating

During the check in, a guy on the reception caused an issue as i booked the room for one person occupancy and there was my girlfriend who lives in varanasi only, who was with me just as a visitor. And we have communicated everything very clearly to the hotel management before booking this room that my girlfriend will be visiting me in the room. I guess he was trying to make some bucks at the last moment. But both of us persisted and we got the room at the same price on which we booked it. Other than that, the staff was really professional, well-spoken, very hospitable. About the room, i booked a standard room and it had a washbasin separate from room. Like in the room only. So that was not so ideal placement of washbasin. The washroom was also having the issue of water standing and not getting drained. I don’t know what’s the reason. Not all of the water was standing but some of it. Other than that its an okay room. My reason for staying there was that i wanted to stay as close to my girlfriend place as possible. But there are other better options available at the same process. So you find your reason and decide whether you want to stay in this property based on my review or not. Thank you.

I loved this short stay at the hotel, it was just as I expected. The service was quick and professional and they have an amazing chef because the food was delicious, especially the chilli chicken. Over all property is also very welcoming and warm.

Stayed in this hotel last week .Had a wonderful experience with this hotel . Staff in this hotel is very friendly . As this is new hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good . It was worth staying in this hotel

The room was small but clean and there was good behaviour of all the staff. Just a suggestion for the hotel i stayed there for 4 days. In the standard room. Arrange wall hooks/hangers for clothings. Provide good quality and clean towels daily bathroom tabs leakage problem, wet bathroom. The room ac and tv are in fine and good working condition. Location was good. I personally did not like the provided breakfast might be because of sheff

Hotel take 10k extra advance booking which was recovered after 20 days by owner this must be discounted with the total bill and they have still dues of 1080 which is under follow up i will never recommend such hotel

we reached late night, and hotel told our hotel is cancelled and all rooms are full. however was showing that booking still active, they demanded extra money to give the room. after 1 hour got the room. there was no kettle or cups in room, we asked for same and it was poor response. JUST AVOID booking it.
