Location of hotel is good. But staffs are very careless. They have not explained offers with my booking. Service is very average. Staff are very lazy to response and no courtesy at all.

Highly professional and courteous staff, taking care of your needs. The breakfast was sumptuous and awesome! i wish i had dined more in govindam (their in-house restaurant. I asked them for suggestions and recommendations to maximize my kashi experience and the suggestions were always great and tailored. I asked for an early check-in and was accommodated without any hassles. I also asked for my sweets to be stored in their fridge - again, no hassle. Room was small but very functional, complete with all the amenities - ideal for up to 2 member stay. If you have kids along, you probably should book and ask for a larger room.

We came for a 4-day meditation intensive and needed a quiet, clean, centrally located hotel. Hotel Golden Petals surpassed our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was immaculate, and it has THE BEST SHOWER IN INDIA! Great pressure! Hot!! We've been to India many times over the last 23 years, and Varanasi is a notoriously challenging city with its ancient streets, constant commotion, and, unfortunately, quite a bit of litter and debris. Step off the curb and up the steps at Golden Petals and you can leave all of that behind. The price was very reasonable and it included a delicious breakfast. The staff is attentive and helpful. The Wifi is strong (I had to submit a bunch of graphics to the USA for a project and there was no lag). NO bugs. There's a safe for your valuables. And the location is good — most of the things we walked to were within 15 minutes, or a 200-rupee ride away. When we return to Varanasi in the future, this will be our #1 choice for hotel.

Hotel clean and tidy. Room service and house keeping was good. Breakfast was very limited since there were few guests.

The property is easily accessible and is well connected by autos, rickshaws, and cabs. My stay was comfortable. The staff is friendly. Food is average, but there are plenty of options in the menu and in the vicinity to choose from. Some famous temples are very close and easily approachable using public transport. I felt the staff needed some more training to be polished. The temperature inside the hotel and rooms is comfortably warm on a harsh winter day, which is very nice. Check in and check out were a breeze. I will recommend it to my friends.

This place was very nice. It was clean and the shower was amazing with hot water. The wifi worked and it was in a good location where you can walk to the ghats.

The hotel management didn't want to change the ac to heating mode to cooling mode even after repetitive request that we are getting suffocated. The breakfast was very ordinary with limited options and to be improved. Room size was very less. Rest found clean property and in good location.

Room was small. They don't give dental kit. Shaving kit etc unless you asked for it. Average hotel.

Pleasant stay. Very close to shivala ghat, and nearby to temple, dashashwamedh and assi ghats. On a busy street so getting auto/e-rick is not an issue at any time of the day. The complimentary breakfast is ok and the restaurant is good. The room is sufficient in all necessary amenities and 24 hour running hot water is a boon in december. Best aspect: extremely helpful and courteous staff cons: for 3 ppl occupancy, rooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall: recommended

The location is right in the market, close to shivala Ghat and assi Ghat. Rooms are small but clean, service is good. It has a pure vegetarian hotel within the premises serving good food. The reception and housekeeping people are happy to help with any issue. Recommended 👍

Hotel is well maintained and rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel manager and staff is very efficient and helpful. Food is very delicious and testy. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.
