I Booked for Three Person but Room Size is small otherwise all okay like her services and this location is best for assi ghat

Worst experience I had ever in my life kindly do not book this hotel just looking by the photos to begin with this hotel is placed in a very tiny ‘gali’ of which they have no photos posted I booked double deluxe room which was not sufficient for 3 members. when ever we used to go out they always switched off our AC’s main line. and only when we called they used to turn it on. and they lied every-time when we asked if they did so. No housekeeping, change of bed-sheet and bathroom cleaning was done on 2nd day. Bathroom was also tiny and flush was not working properly. Overall had a worst experience so far. never going back and not even recommending anyone.

The room and services are good, and the hotel is neat, clean, and close to Assi Ghat. However, the room and bathroom are quite small. The rate per night feels a little expensive.

There was some problem with the AC of room that I had booked and they wanted us to take a smaller room but initially weren’t ready to adjust the cost, we had to argue with them for that which was unpleasant. Rest everything was fine but they could have been more hospitable and cordial.

Rooms are small and bathroom is also not up to the mark rate is very high as per facility. photos available are clicked at specific angle so that they looks big. staff are good and supportive that's why I give 3 ⭐

If you are on tight budget, then you can opt for the rooms at Via Ganga Inn. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very near to the main road.

Triple sharing room felt small to me. Prefer booking executive rooms. Assi ghat and Tulsi ghat are very close to the hotel. Hotel staff are cooperative and calm. Overall a sweet bitter experience

Review for Via Ganga Inn Near Tulsi Ghat, Varanasi: The location was inaccurately described as being near Assi Ghat, but it is actually closer to Tulsi Ghat, which was misleading. Additionally, the toilets were too small, and the room provided did not match the pictures shown during booking. Improved transparency and better facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I have been visiting varanasi and this has been and wonderful experience because of wonderful hospitality & clean room. Highly recommended for family

check in time was 12 afternoon but hotel staff told your room is not ready some issue is there we will give the room after 5 pm Room service very poor , room ac not working properly and my family face more problems in hotel.

The hotel is located very near to Tulsi Ghat dwaar and distance from railway station is nearly 5 to 6 kms. We boarded on to the boat from Tulsi Ghat and had an incredible experience of watching evening time GANGA Aarti at GANGA ghat. The hotel has tied up with a very good nearby restaurant and provided delicious food at our room as per our order. Amenities were good and the hotel management was very nice.

Poor hotel quality. The building was unfinished and not clean. The place is close to assi ghat and that's only highlight. The room is extremely small and dingy.

The hotel is in close proximity to Assi Ghat. The owners are super sweet and helpful. must visit and a perfect location.

Stayed here for 3 days along with my 85 yr old mother during a pilgrimage. It was a decent hotel and worth the spend. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.
