stay was pleasant. Room was airy and comfortable. The bed and amenities were very good.Services of Arvind Yadav of housekeeping was very nice,he was soft spoken and always their to help. Food was good and availing hotel restaurant we always looked forward to.

Room service was worse. I requested to send water bottle on chargeable basis in the night after-checkin in interval of 30-40 minutes. But did nt get the water. Finally in the morning I again requested, than we got the same.

I had a wonderful stay here! the front manager was extremely helpful and polite, making sure i had everything i needed. The room was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Overall, my experience was very good and i would highly recommend this place!

My one day stay at diamond hotel was pleasant. Room was clean, everything worked and bed was comfortable. No problem with the location. Autos were available outside and a few kms away from temple and ghats. I would stay here again.
