Puja Residency

I booked this Puja Residency after recommendation from my family. It is located close to baba vishwanath temple, sankat mochan and even railway station. House keeping, reception, food service were excellent. I booked two rooms and in one room the mattress was not good. Also you can smell all the restaurant food what they are cooking once you are in walkway between rooms. Because of this giving 4 star.

It was nice to be at puja residency. Nice rooms, polite caring and helpful staff. Near railway station was very convenient. Enjoyed a lot. There were regular calls from room service to assist us and make us feel special and at home

Overall a good Puja Residency with nice location. Rooms are well appointed and of good size. Staff is real courteous and food too is good with very reasonable prices. They just need to improve house keeping a little

Room was nice, washroom was clean with all the facilities. This Puja Residency is situated approx 4 km away from gadaulia. Hotel is situated near a flyover so it’s bit noisy at night thats the negative point.

Support staff are well trained to look after theirs guest requirements with polite behaviour.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable with fresh linens. The housekeeping staff did a great job during our stay, making sure the room was tidy every day.

Friendly staff. Clean and decent size rooms. Good place to stay. Pro: easy to commute. Con: the prices are bit on the higher side

Overall Puja Residency was good but food that we order from their restaurant was not having taste.
