Property under maintenance
familyWe did not stay at this property as we moved within 1 hour of us checking inn. This property is under maintenance and so no lifts in service. Parking: there is no allocated parking for this property and so if you have parked in from of the hotel you will get stuck due to other cars parked around you. Rooms: when we entered the room it had decoration of a birthday party maybe from previous guest. This was not removed and the room was not well cleaned. It was smelling very bad. Television was not working as well. Bathroom: there was no place in the bathroom to keep the towel and cloths. There was a wash area which connected main room and bathroom and it had no doors. Again this was not cleaned properly. Staff: the stag g was confused and the person in the reception as taken away by police for some reason not known. This incident happened in from of our eyes. The other person who took charge at the reception did not know the check-out process.

Terrible Stay
Hotel is under construction property and all old sofa and furniture lying all over . No hot water , even after complaining they are not fixing hot water tap. No generator in hotel 🏨. Night goes at 1 am. Room stinks with cigarettes smoke

Room service is very poor. & also included my combo package with breakfast. But hotel owner is not agreed. He is not giving breakfast.

Terrible Stay
This is not a resort / bad room / bad bathroom. No service. Waste of money and this was cheating. This was a local hotel with no facilities. No water in bathroom. Problem of lights. The worst hotel in ujjain. At the time of check out t tried to wake up at reception / he didn't wake up. Weary bad staff and unaducated. Please don't refer this hotel to anyone. Useless waste of money
