Food is not good, the restaurant staff including chef seems to be inexperienced. The property and its location is good.

As per the price, the stay was average. They can really improve a lot

Our checking was at around 11 PM (late night) and check out was at 12 PM next day. Our flight was delayed and we asked for at least 1 hour extension which was denied. The hotel could have easily provide that since it almost empty. Because of them we had to spend 7-7.5 hours at the Airport.

Great staff and service restaurant was amazing as well and rooms were clean and pretty. It is near market so can get auto easily and travel.

It was a good stay food was good and staff was polite and excellent who helped us and making our journey memorable

the room really need renovation, the bathroom washbasin was jam and broken I took the plan of breakfast and dinner buffet but the breakfast buffet was below average and dinner they don't have buffet they give you one set menu same everyday which is below basic I will not recommend this hotel at all

Old property; it is very difficult to maintain in a good condition. Staff tried to give a inferior condition room but after showing dissatisfaction they offered a slightly better room.

Overall experience was good. Staff is good. Food is good. Had a nice time with family. I would recommend to others as well.

This property is very close to Mahakal Lok corridor. Its about 20 minutes walking distance. It's fairly well positioned.to be a 4 star property. However, please be aware that there are sewage works underway and make sure that your routes to Mahakal avoid those. Excellent service, brilliant staff. Will stay again. 10/10

Unfortunately, key amenities in my room are non-functional: - Shower shifter is not working - Ventilation system is completely down - Bed lights are non-operational These issues are causing serious discomfort and need urgent attention. I request MMT to escalate this to the hotel management and ensure prompt resolution. Such lapses in basic facilities are unacceptable, especially during a paid stay. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and confirm action taken.

Location is very good just 1.5 Km from Railway station 🚉. Ample parking space in basement and ground floor. 54 rooms with good, spacious, clean rooms. Quality of food is very good however price is little high and quantity is little lower side. Good washrooms and toiletries. Big rooms will make your mood. Comfortable mattress, 2 beds and one sofa cum bed. We had delighted stay with little extra expense. But overall very delighted to stay there.

the chk out time is too early..I.e 10 am. they don't even extend for 1 or 2 hrs. I hd to pay extra for it
