Good experience about room comfortable ,service is also good, food was also excellent, over all good experience

Very very bad terrible service

We have booked on 10 th jan to 11 th jan 2025 for one day including breakfast. When we checked in there is no warm water. We have suffered this problem after that we call for breakfast but they denied and said this is not possible. Although we have paid for breakfast also. They are cheater i suggest to everyone one plz don’t go there

location was good but the room size was too small as written and there's was too much cockroach in room... they don't allow outside food.

To an extent satisfied with the stay. Little maintenance upkeep + bit of professionalism is needed

Food and amenities are not observed or not provide to us. In the room having no ventilation. Services are average but not good. Room charges is so high breakfast was included but not provided. I hope you to do better services to provide us.

Room & staff good

poor room service. ( book car for traveling but in morning after 2 hr 6 to 8 am they say driver nhi mila. #food packing charge 200. # bill not provided for any other expenses

The hotel didn’t not provide the room booked saying that there was some issue with the plumbing and booked a room in different hotel a little far without prior information and i had to again go to the different hotel as a didn’t have any option at 10:30 pm

One of the room was smelling foul, so that was changed. In one room, washbasin was broken, property management didn't bother to change it.

I have stayed for 2 days on hotel kshipram at ujjain and i have selected 2 rooms for 6 adult and 1 child and i have opted for extra bed but still they given only bed for 2 adults and given extra mattress for 1 adult but not provided extra bed as required so i am not satisfied with the hotel facilities and hotel staff at all. You should take a quick action against them because they are misusing the facilities of make my trips according to my previous stays by make my trips were excellent but this time hotel kshipram was not satisfied at all thanking you at please at strict action with hotel kshipran ujjain

Good, comfortable but distance from mahakal temple, improvement like tea coffee arrangement, and ambiance

Good rooms. Staff behavior is very nice. Location is also good. Mahakal temple is appropriately 3 k. M. Away.

Average place. Not worth the money charged. I was charged 3000 inr for a tiny 150 sq ft cramped up room without any view. One of the pillows was stinking and had to be changed. Found two cockroaches in the room.

very clean rooms, hygienic,staff is also good and friendly, it's a good choice for budget hotel, overall it's worth the price 👍

Hotel stay not bad but there is no proper staff and no any restaurant and break fast facilities, linen and lights are very old and old fashioned not worth of money also cleaning not proper. Room size too small as compare the cost. No i didn't have any images because i'm not in hotel right now so it's not possible

Experience was worst in this hotel as staff was not supportive. Even they are taking high charges in compare to facility they provide. There was not any facility in the room except towel. If they are taking high charges then at-least they should provide water bottle, toothbrush and other facilities. The staff was very rude when asked for breakfast. The timing for breakfast was written 8:30 however till 10:00 am breakfast was not ready and the taste was very terrible. I was not satisfied hence i want my money back. They have provided only 2 water bottle only, in three days.
