    Terrible experiance

    Terrible experience. We came at 9 pm into hotel for checkin and they didnt even know that we had a booking. No aadhar was checked during onboarding, we were not given the room category which we booked, we left the hotel after 5 mins. It was very scary as they we were drunk.
