Worst hotel ever experienced..rude staffs no services like WiFi/ greaser, restaurant food was just like street food even street foods was better

No cleaniness , full of mosquitoes , buffet is just to say . Everything is cold in breakfast . restaurant you say anything they don't listen . boondi raita is so much sour which make our throat sore

Stay was pleasant and breakfast was good behaviour of staff was good and room are also spacious location is also good

It was not good experience, no toiletries. No clean towels no repose from reception on time. Two days tv was not working

It took a lot of time to check in. The hotel was not clean. The rooms were not good. Hot water was not coming quickly and there were no proper facilities.

Old farnichar room, and it's not executive room. No any types of service in room. I am stay 2 days but not clean everyday. Not change badsheet, not cleaned bathroom and also in breakfast non choose items. In break fast only vag option. So tarrif was higher and non service that types.

Room are very dirty. No dental kit and soap provided. Bathroom was very small and likely missing key facilities. Only one water bottle provided for the day. Breakfast included limited option and not very healthy and interesting. Never recommend this hotel

Staff are well behaved and cooperative. Well located hotel. Food quality nice. Security in charge is excellent in service. Nice people. Toilet needs to be repaired. Reception staff are excellent as well as the restaurant people

I was not stay there due to truck strike on 01-jan-2024 and it was nation wide strike. I request for refund and they refused and marked my booking as cancel-led

It was a terrible experience. The hotel administration has nothing to do with basic principles of hospitality industry. The reception was rude, the staff was completely unprofessional (they don't know that one can't enter the guest room with wet and muddy shoes, the bedsheets were dirty, the floor was sticky and the bathroom was smelly and slippery.

Rooms are out dated, bathrooms terrible unclean, had booked in advance so no option to cancel or room change. Was forced to select 1 room

Very bad hotel, worst breakfast, there is not even proper setup for breakfst. They dont know how to communicate, they all are unskilled, breakfast does not even have fresh fruits and they charge more than 4k per night. Too much mirch in sabji in breakfast, too much sugar in poha. One person says there is fruit, another says no fruit. No dahi in breakfast. No noise isolation from windows. Hotel is in front of bus stand and there is noise till 1 at night and starts from 6 in the morning. Kuldeep in cafeteria does not know how to talk to people.

Location and parking is good, food is average though staff is cooperative but old rooms, room stuff and furniture.

Enjoy my stay at place with good facilities and prompt service place is nestled at 3 km from mahakal temple making it ideal for people who want to enjoy quietness and closer to temple

Location of the hotel is at prime area. Very clean and large rooms. Staff is very enthusiastic, big parking.
