I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, a good experience and great service.

They didn't serve me breakfast after payment ....the hotel category is too poor... They are sitting for money only ... The hotel is in a residential area ...it's home and converted into a hotel ..don't stay here ...

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. The intercom in one of the rooms was not working, and instead of fixing it, the staff just gave us his personal number to call for any help, which was quite unprofessional. The bathroom was in terrible condition – the WC seat was broken, there were hair strands all over the floor, and the dustbin had not even been cleared from the previous guest. It clearly showed that proper cleaning and hygiene checks are not being done. To make things worse, the light went off around 8:00 a.m., and there was no power backup available. Later in the afternoon, the water supply stopped completely, and we couldn’t even freshen up. The room had spider webs in multiple corners, adding to the neglected look of the place. Overall, the property seems very poorly maintained, and the basic amenities are not functioning as expected. Not at all worth the price. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously improve their maintenance and housekeeping.

A great place to stay with fami6and friends. The room are neat clean, the staff is very competitive, and a overall ambience makes the experience truly pleasant.

It was worst experience ever bad room and wired smells and room were not clean we have changed the hotel and we did not get even get any compensation

When I reached i asked them for a early check in and they understood my concern and gave the room . It was very clean room and staff is very friendly

the stay is below average. we have not tasted food we reached late at night and checked out early. no value for money.

The location of the property is so bad. There is no parking area and car will park somewhere else in open side by road where vehicle may theft or damaged. The rooms and bathroom was so bad. Bathroom tabs not working properly. No liquid soap available as they have fitted liquid soap dispenser which I tried and dispenser came to my hand with all the parts. It not only one , and rest dispenser were without liquid soap. Tiles are broken and little insects fly all the places. No proper cleaning. At the reception false sealing was broken because of water likage. Not a single drinking water bottle provided and taken charge for that. Complaint to make my trip and they sent the owner who said to me why have you complained and no one said till now what I explained above. So he was arguing in bad way. For everything i was going outside. I managed anyway but please any one of you don't prefer this hotel. xero star for the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dev Krishna Palace—one of the best choices for devotees visiting the Mahakal temple. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything went smoothly as planned. Peaceful, comfortable, and highly recommended!

It was a good place to stay. Mahakal Temple was near 6 kilometer. We found. Auto for travel. Owner has updated our room after the basic room had some issues. Hotel service was good. On our request they have extended the Stay till 8 p m as our train was late with minimal charge. The Owner and hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered food via swiggy as restaurant was not available in the hotel. The hotel is near residential area, which is good. Overall experience is good.We had a pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The owner was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
