Awesome property with amazing view
I recently stayed at Radisson Kufri and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I had booked the Deluxe Valley View Room, and the view from there was simply superb – waking up to the scenic beauty was a delight. The food was amazing, with a good variety and excellent taste, and what made the dining experience even better was the hospitable and courteous staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel is absolutely awesome – surrounded by natural beauty, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy Kufri’s charm. Overall, I would highly recommend Radisson Kufri to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in the hills.

A special shoutout goes to Mr. Abhinav, the head chef, whose culinary expertise truly elevated our stay. Every meal was a delightful experience—beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully curated. Mr. Abhinav’s passion for food and attention to detail was evident in every bite. He even took the time to check in with guests and accommodate special preferences, which made us feel incredibly valued.

According to the price and redission brand the hotel rooms were very small and service was poor and very slow but Food was delicious and tasty.

Location was good, food was nice but the room (318) that we were given had a door adjacent opening for kitchen and on our last night this door was irresponsibly banged every 30 seconds causing great discomfort to us. When guests spend so much money then their comfort should be the utmost priority. Even the reception people need work in terms of making customers feel good.

Terrible Stay
Food was very bad not to the quality of the 5star standard, though the staff was good, but food quality taste and presentation it’s zero. Rooms were not to the standard, make sure you see the amenities list if you are looking for a AC’s in the rooms. They did not had any centralised ventilation system, but the rooms were having thermostats and vents for the centralised air.. the staff at the reception did not mentioned about the ac’s not available, she did our check in and everything, we came to know once we went to room After having dinner and the kids were really sleepy as we had travelled fm Manali. So we had to stay in that room for 2 nights without ac’s and they gave standing fan and asked us to open the windows.
