We had a nice peaceful 2 nights stay at this property. They have great inhouse food with friendly and coureou staff. View from the rooms facing the valley is breath taking. The only thing I found mis-leading was the location mentioned on MMT. It shows the property in Kufri but its actually in Chail which is almost 18-20km but the hotel's generous service and views from the room makes up beautifully for th extra miles you travel.

We complaint also by call there is no light backup full night and hygiene issue also food is ok but in some items we complaint directly to manager and he replied we would not taste or check the food before u send

Room service needs to be improved and also geyser of one of our room was not in working condition.

Luxury hotel sized rooms in this budget hotel is unusual. The staff is excellent. They work very hard to make the stay comfortable. Excellent hotel in reasonable budget.

Was not a good. Too expensive and no facilities. Property was in outskirts. Pictures were not matching with the actual view.

12 km before kufri, rooms are good. Service need to improve. If u are thinking that it's kufri then u need to correct yourself. Balcony views are excellent. Breakfast varieties need to increase, only 1-2 items are available. Towels provided were dirty but further they replaced. Overall good stay.

This hotel is not in kufri as mentioned, it is situated in kota which is 15 km away from the main kufri market. All other things about this hotel are average.

We did not like this room very much, the food here was not good. Am not happy this room

The food is good with good staff and the owner is polite and the room's view is good. I want to stay once again.

The stay was good and we loved our time there, one room's light and maintenance of one room was an issue, otherwise stay was good

Rooms were nicely maintained. Extra beds were not charged. Food was good. Good hospitality.
