Property is near rani road, location is good.. but they r charging more for the lake view, but its not the satisfactory lake view in business class room with no bath tub. Pool is good, they offered high tea also as complimentary service. We arrived at the raddison blu resort at 2 but the checkin time is at 3 so we waited for that, that’s ohk.. its upto availability of room. But i want to say about services that, in 4:30pm in evening they come to knock the door 2-3times n ask if we need anything.. we where sleeping at that time after hectic 6-7hrs travel. But that’s ohk they say we haven’t switched on the DND button, i didn’t know we have to switch on that.. so i felt its our fault, but next day door key is not working we already reached the 2floor in front of the room, we called at the reception n the staff also, they come after 20mins. I don’t think i will visit this resort again. n we informed at the reception n to staff also they come with the after 20-30mins later, we have to wait their. It feels like when we need there service they r not available n when we don’t need the services they are..
