Terrible experience room was dirty totally not clean staff was inappropriate behaviour. Room mattress have stain bathroom is yellowish never recommended no board was there to find the hotel name so I missed booking for a day from 2 second day got to know hotel

room doors are not good, gets stuck. washroom water always on floor, doesn't move, slope is in opposite direction, hot water was not coming even on asking, night too high volume music due to pub above the room was not able to sleep, bed was not good, joint bed gave back pain, blood marks on blanket cover, there is no hotel sign board was too to find

Location is good , but rooms are not clean. Also toilet are not properly clean. Food quality is not so good

I had a very disappointing experience at Qutub Residency. In fact, I couldn’t even stay the night — I checked in and checked out almost immediately. The property felt extremely old and poorly maintained, more like a lodge than a hotel. I expected at least basic comfort and hygiene. In today’s time, you can easily find much better hotels— at similar or slightly higher prices. And if you pay ₹1000–2000 more, you can stay at much better properties like Four Points by What shocked me most was the condition of the rooms. There was a strong, unpleasant smell, and even in the suite (which they offered as an upgrade), I found visible mold behind the mirror. That was the final — I simply couldn’t stay there. The staff also seemed helpless and unable to do much about it. Overall, a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting even basic hotel standards.

The room was not spacious though it was mentioned as delux room!no window opening, leakage stampades. Toilet was poor, no hand wash or hot water. Total experience was disappointing

The hotel was generally good, but interiors could be better - there were some issues regarding water pressure. Staff was cordial, but food could be better. It was difficult to find the hotel as there was no name board.

bad behaviour of staff,very dirty room,wash room was also very dirty and unhygienic,will not recommend to any one to stay there in coming future. I booked the room for 2 days,but left the room in one day just because of bad condition of hotels room

The room is filled with damp mustiness.Whole night it was difficult to breathe and sleep while night

Complimentary breakfast was really good. But the room was average, does not have fan, only AC. Water leakage issue in bathroom. Water drainage system is not good in bathroom.

It was good. Location and staff are great. Rooms need bit of maintenance. It is located conveniently. Food is okayish.

The room doesn't look like in the photos shown on the website. initially they offered a normal small room, when I raised the complaint they gave a bit larger room. The room is not clean, not well lit, linen is dirty, no hot water.....many more to mention. I called to makemytrip customer care, after listening to my issues, operator lady hung the call. finally a waste of my money

Stay was pleasant. The hotel staff is very polite. The complimentary breakfast was so tasty. Overall it is awesome.

Nice rooms. Great room service. All basic amenities provided. Affordable price. And just a few mins cab ride away from the haus khas metro. Would recommend!!
