Restaurant people are not professional and hospitality need to improve.Other facilities ok.Room not ready when checked in 12 times housekeeping people came in the room to finish room requirement.like towel not provided , toiletries not provided,tv not working no recharge

Staff are well disciplined and provided hassle free service , foods are very delicious, room service good quality. Looking forward to visit again.

It was a pleasure staying in this Hotel. Behavior of the staff was very polite and cooperative. Al facility including basement car parking is available. This hotel is situated at the highly strategic location of Purulia

The room was very small. Hot water was not there. Dinner wasn't good. It is a highly priced property

Excellent location. Most happening place in purulia. Staff behaviour great. Tasty and delicious food. Cleanliness maintained. Will like to recommend and stay here again.

It’s not value for money. Basic things like mini fridge, bathroom sleeper are missing. Rooms are not well maintained

Took 2 rooms in 1 the bathroom lights were not working no one checks before allotting the rooms sad

Excellent hotel. Room was very good and clean. Food quality was also excellent. I had apprehension about the hotel seeing one bad review. I found staffs are very good. Can visit with family.

Stay and facilities was good but i had a particular bad experience with the in-room dining. I received food after almost 2 hrs of ordering the same. They almost forgot it and my child were screaming for food at night. Ultimately i recvd the same at 12 o clock mid-night after repeated reminders and shouting!
