Stayed here for a night. The hotel is very conveniently located right off the main business area. It’s a pleasant neighbourhood. I was in the Club Room -- very spacious and with all nice and modern amenities. The breakfast spread was yumm and covered a very wide variety of options.

I was first given room 306 with a cooling tower right outside the window. Reception insisted it was part of the package until I asked if it was written anywhere that I had to take such a room. Only then was I shifted to 706. The restaurant experience was also disappointing. Staff often said “no” to requests that could have been managed. In the first-floor restaurant (left side), a few guests were speaking so loudly that it disturbed everyone. Even after I complained, the manager did nothing, and I had to change my seat myself. The gym requires serious attention. Equipment maintenance is overdue, and dumbbells should be calibrated or replaced. On the positive side, the breakfast team was excellent, and the Sardarji chef was very attentive and welcoming. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs to improve its service attitude, restaurant management, and gym facilities.

The breakfast buffet doesn't have good options. Moreover the staffs are busy doing their own thing. They wouldn't even refill without asking them to. Also I was on a corporate stay and one of my colleagues had a rat in his room.
