It was an average experience and it was overpriced

Ambience is good. Staff was very helpful. Even they also packed my breakfast due to early morning checkout.

Room furniture are old and toilet accessories.Room view is not good.Staff are cortieus.Overall pleasant stay

In my view property's location is best , facilities could be better like morning kit should be provided, mattress could be more comfortable. It was nice experience and comfortable stay, staffs were very cordial and helpful. Thank You

The toilets had all broken taps and shower and rooms were not cleaned properly. The cable of tv was not recharged for a day as i stayed for two days. The breads served during breakfast were not fresh . I was surprised to see this in a Tata operated chain that tobin Tata Nagar Jamshedpur

Location of the hotel is excellent, food is awesome, but room is too small in size in comparison to its charge, even toiletries are not supplied, in spite of request and it is told that toiletries are chargeable. Each and every hotel, resort supplies toiletries at free of cost to each person, even in foreign countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc. I never faced this issue. In India for the first time, in this hotel I got answer like this when the toiletries are asked for, which is beyond expectation.

Very bed service, bed linen was not changed, room cleanliness was very poor even full of hair on the floor , toilet was not cleaned properly hair and dirty still after cleaning. Reception staff they don't know how to talk with the guest . They took 30min for checkin and after getting room . The room condition , very poor rooms.

Whole night Ac water was dripping leading to sleep less night

Room is not upto the mark. please check before booking. Need to upgrade room quality. Breakfast is good.

Good food, location and facilities are excellent and well maintained

Customer service is very poor. No assistance or service available to reach your room very first time. In room, telephone not available to talk to reception or room service . For Some basic requirements, like dental/shaving kit they are charging .

It was amazing. Food was good. A must recommend. Staff was good and everything was hastlefree. The rooms are really nice.
