Everything was decent and nice , I had nice experience overall except one things which I would surely like to point out . I was bit disappointed with the breakfast ..the variety was missing and the taste and meal quality can also be bettered , overall I would say a very satisfying experience .

Hey It was a pleasant stay, well designed rooms, exuberant blend of traditional and modern furnitures, delectable food. As I had a driver along with me, during the booking it mentioned there will be place for a driver’s accommodation, but during the time of check-in it said it is available for limited hours. It must mention the timings, so that we can make other arrangements.

Interior, cleanliness, room size, are good. Service is also good. We faced following issue: 1. We booked 2 king size bedroom with extra bed for 3rd person. They provided twin bed(plus extra bed), we faced some challenge for a kid to adjust. This is still fine as we checkedin early. 2. We booked for 6 person and a kid, they provided total 2 tooth brush, on complaining, they provided 2 extra, still we were short of 2. We managed it as we had some with us. Same happened with slippers, they provided only 2 pairs for 6 person. Even after reminding, they did not provide. I dont think we expect such things from a 4 star hotel. 3. The room 2002 had weird smell coming from bathroom. They sent plumber and electrician to check fan and all water exit lines, but could not resolve. If bathroom is open for 5 minute, the whole room was having a bad smell. We could compare this smell as we booked 2 rooms. 4. With similar price range or may be 500 extra, you will get better hotel with garden/landscape, this hotel lacks garden area, its just a building. Better options are Ramada, Alcor and Radisson in that area. 5. The restaurant has good food, but menu items are limited.

Everything is very good, but the food. This was my second stay here, and consistently, the kitchen refuses 80 % of dishes mentioned in the menu. The Brand is getting weak due to the taste, availability and presentation of the food. Had to Swiggy Dinner, which I didn't want to. Team, wake up.

Bad hotel, staff does not know the details, mosquitos in the room, breakfast was pathetic, everything was cold and cook doesn't know to make parathas. Worst experience

Neat and Clean Hotel. Spacious, neat and clean rooms. Washroom with all amenities. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was cooperative and polite.

Rooms are very good staffs were very good and cooperative but only I feel breakfast was not up to the mark.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout. The food was delicious with a variety of options. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
