Hotel Castle

While check in hotel it was hassle free , room was good but the amenities were not satisfactory. Unable to lock the bathroom , the lock was broken which post multiple approach didn't fix by management . Jet spray in commode was missing . Apart from this food was good and hospitality was good

Hotel staff was very rude and no manners at all during check in. Bed, bathroom bedsheet all dirty and damaged room.

Rooms were okay, but the flush in the bathroom was not working properly. This mostly ruined the entire experience. The bedsheets had holes in them. When asked to change, they said it is the smoking customers who do this and they cannot do much about it. The dustbin already had some leftovers which they did not clean despite calling them. Unsatisfactory.

The location of property was good but rooms could have been better, food was also good.

The location is almost good, room is average, complementary breakfast is not good. It is almost okay as room rent is low.

Firstly i was a bit scared about the service but when i visited i came to know good places. The place was comfy service was great that too with a pocket friendly price

The wash room was very dirty, the linens which were used for the bed were dirty and smelly. I would like to request pols return my money, i have no option that why i stayed there.

It was a very terrible stay, the room was full of insects coming from the bathroom drains. They charged an additional 770 rupees per day for breakfast and one meal. In breakfast only served one bread omelette and dinner of very low quality.

Stay was good. Food was good. Only short coming was unavailability of lift. Front desk persons were very helpful and guided very well.

They don't have proper security, service and all. Stuff behaviour are not good. Every stuff were drunk. Room are not good, having insect. No parking available.
