It was a very nice stay, comfortable, and the room conditions were good. Service staff namely Bishnu and room cleaning staff Avinash and Anita were appreciable. One suggestion Bath Soap was missing A tea pot arrangement that should be in the room will make the room perfect. My best wishes to all the hotel staff and owners too.

Not upto the mark, given the charges they have put up. There was no tea kettle. No nearby shop for tea/breakfast/lunch. You have to be dependent on the room service which starts from 7:30 am to 10 pm. Other than that, there is no option for getting even hot water. Ac was a big noisy box which was hindering sleep more than helping to sleep. Night staff was specially a very unpleasant and rude guy. Will not be staying here anytime in future.

The front office people were to good specially the manager Mr Dinesh, very well behaved and cooperative, good location for corporates, super clean ambience and very help full staff members. Food was good. Calm and quite environment. Over all a good Hotel to stay. Value for money.

Paint chipping. Sofa pathetic. Concealed lights not working. Dressing table was poorly designed. No lights above the mirrors. Water stagnates in bathroom. No restaurant. Room service lethargic.
