Boulevard Hotel

Excellent Location. Food was good. Staff were courteous. However, the room amenities were far below par. # Sofa set looked like it had been picked from a garbage sale. # TV did not work. # Phone did not work # Most Electrical sockets did not work. # Wash basin water flowed on the floor. # Extra beds in the room had filthy bed covers.

This is one of the Oldest Hotels of Jamshedpur. It is good to see that they have maintained their ambiance and name. The Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

Location is ok, but room decor, hygeine and upkeep is terrible

If there's any word which can elaborate Pathetic then that's this Hotel The Boulevard. Only position of the hotel is positive. The rooms never gets cleaned daily. In the night after 11 pm you won't get food have to rely on Swiggy. Rooms are accompanied by several varities of insects out of which the cockroaches claims thier majority. After the light gets off for sleep, the domain is dominated by Mosquitoes in air and Bed Bugs in Bed & pillows. The owners are stinking rich as they had some British connections thus least bothered for any renovation. This was my first & last visit to this hotel.

Reception is excellent. but price of food items are very costly. Plumbing jobs is necessary for wash basin tap as water is not flowing at all. That's all.

AC room was booked but the hotel provided a non AC room , after contacting the hotel , the manager responded that my trip had not taken confirmation , they have only non AC rooms available , this statement at last moment was not accepted after getting confirmation

Hotel rooms n bathrooms are dated. Needs immediate replenishments? second bed had no sheets n pillow case. Most poor presentation. Over priced for quality n comfort. Stealing customers money due to location location, location! down grade star rating to 2 max?

The stay was not at all good, the tariff is way high as compared to the standard provided by the hotel. The rooms were not at all cleaned, pretty old and not maintained rooms. Stinky bathrooms similar to public washrooms available on streets. The room that i was allotted was not cleaned at all, ashtray full of cigarette buds and floor as well. Wifi is very poor, electricity was not present many times and had to sit in the dark room even though my stay was for 1 day only. The only pro will be the location as it is at the heart of bistupur hence police station is next to the hotel, good food and shopping options all around, all commute options available.

I was in jamshedpur for a night and decided to stay here since i / other family members had stayed here more than a decade back during my b school days. It’s a heritage hotel showcasing it’s tryst with the history of tata steel and the city. In terms of staying- the room was big in size but hygiene and overall outlook was satisfactory 7/10. Room service and housekeeping (8/10) was good, but the food was average (6/10. The location on bistupur is a plus. The bakery downstairs is also pretty popular with the gentry. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, and value for money.

Love the old ambiance of the hotel. Looks like a heritage hotel. Staff behavior and food quality is excellent

Terrible experience with this hotel. They have worst food and room and furniture. They supplied blanket which is given on train. The charges of room are too high but standard are too low. Exterior and reception looks like of big hotel. But rooms are worst

लोकेशन अच्छी है। पर इस होटल की व्यवस्था सही नहीं है। वेटर लोग अच्छे है। रूम की कंडीशन अच्छी नहीं है। Overall wastage of money.

Property location is excellent but amenities not good the toilet conditions was not good, no any tv, the bed and room floor not good overall except from location nothing was as per our expectations.

See the hotel seemed very good from out side but since it's one of oldest hotels of jamshedpur the inside did not seem brighter and gave ne shabby vibe. Also in my room geyser had some issues though they were quick to respond to my concern but i did not quite enjoy my stay being honest. Despite people being nice. No thanks

One of the oldest hotels in Jamshedpur has lost its charm. We always stay at The Boulevard, but the quality has been deteriorating year on year. This time we got a room where the light bulbs were hanging from their sockets, the paint from the walls was peeling, the TV didn't work, the room did not have wifi coverage and mind you I paid for one of the higher double rooms. It absolutely wasn't worth the money I paid. The only up side is the location as it is super close to all important places. Really hope they can up their game and bring back the charm of this heritage hotel.

Hotel has old style rooms with very old accessories. Toilet has old fittings. Commode gives dirty appearance and loose fittings. The room does not have proper ventilation.

The guidelines are followed by the staff All the usual stuff is overused or occupied. The geyser is not working despite paying maximum. Room cleaning was poor. I would say overall a bad experience.

Food is expansive i feel. Otherwise good hotel and good room condition. Good location. So niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
