Hotel Grand Residency

The Room provided was good .. but I had booked an executive room with a balcony, but they provided a normal standard room; no balcony was there, please fix these things.

Though I have booked a premium room, I was given a low-quality room without any welcome kit.

I stayed at The Grand Residency Hotel in Jamshedpur and overall it was a good experience. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the staff is polite and helpful. Food quality was also nice.

I'm staying at Grand Residency with my wife for one day. I was also stayed there in 2022. But in the mean time hotel has carried some change. A furniture shop opened in two floor. I am stayed in room no 103 at third floor.Room is nice and spacious .Food is also very tasty at Olive.

i had booked a room including dinner but they have charged for dinner when I said I booked with dinner then told me we serve only thali but in booking & in bill their no mentioned they serve only thali

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Grand Residency! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The servicing in the hotel was very poor and behaviour towards me was terrible , yelling and not behaving in rude way . The room quality and food servicing wad also very bad .

My experience was not only highly unsatisfactory. Firstly the location shown on MMT site was wrong and misleading. The property is not in Bistupur as shown on website, but in Ranikudar, Kadma, which was only revealed after the booking was confirmed. The property is a lodge, not a hotel and the "Great deal" price offered on MMT was higher for the lodge. The room was having odor of cigarette smoke. The sliding windows did not close properly, posing a security risk. The washroom floor was dangerously constructed, approximately 1 feet higher than the rest of the room. A constantly dripping tap and shower fixture created a noise disturbance all night. As an online travel agency, i request MMT to take a responsibility to ensure accurate representation of the properties it lists and with actual price.
