All good location and room also. Need to barter restaurant food quality. Like a North Indian style. Over all good . Recommend.

i had booked a room including dinner but they have charged for dinner when I said I booked with dinner then told me we serve only thali but in booking & in bill their no mentioned they serve only thali

The servicing in the hotel was very poor and behaviour towards me was terrible , yelling and not behaving in rude way . The room quality and food servicing wad also very bad .

My experience was not only highly unsatisfactory. Firstly the location shown on MMT site was wrong and misleading. The property is not in Bistupur as shown on website, but in Ranikudar, Kadma, which was only revealed after the booking was confirmed. The property is a lodge, not a hotel and the "Great deal" price offered on MMT was higher for the lodge. The room was having odor of cigarette smoke. The sliding windows did not close properly, posing a security risk. The washroom floor was dangerously constructed, approximately 1 feet higher than the rest of the room. A constantly dripping tap and shower fixture created a noise disturbance all night. As an online travel agency, i request MMT to take a responsibility to ensure accurate representation of the properties it lists and with actual price.

1. Staff behavior is not proper. 2. ⁠20% discount are available on food & beverage. But they can’t avail me. 3. ⁠they can’t provide cold drinks in Room. 4. ⁠behavior not proper. 5. ⁠they can’t any initiative to reach station from Hotel. We will inform them. But they can’t take any initiative.
