Room is not upto the mark. please check before booking. Need to upgrade room quality. Breakfast is good.

Customer service is very poor. No assistance or service available to reach your room very first time. In room, telephone not available to talk to reception or room service . For Some basic requirements, like dental/shaving kit they are charging .

The room and food was average and the hotel charged extra ₹45 for dental kit. No hotel charges for dental kit. Ginger should look into this. Staff was helpful and caring.

My stay at Ginger Jamshedpur was overall quite comfortable. The location is very peaceful and there was no nuisance of any sort during my stay. The staff members were well-behaved and courteous, which added to the pleasant experience. However, a couple of issues did affect the otherwise smooth stay. My access card kept getting revoked every single day for no apparent reason, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the washroom often had an unpleasant smell, almost as if it had just been used before I entered. On the food side, the breakfast spread was good with ample options, though the dinner buffet and à la carte menu were fairly average. If not for the recurring access card issue and the washroom odor, my stay would have been absolutely perfect. Still, I would recommend Ginger Jamshedpur for its peaceful location, good breakfast, and well-behaved staff.
