The Hotel is in a very nice locality. The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean with proper ventilation. Did not try the food. Maybe next time.

The breakfast was really pan and the behaviour of Sarita and Nitu mam was really good...I will tell one thing visit Ginger all of you..Thanks 😀😇

Rating for the stay at Ginger Jamshedpur. My overall experience was good. Offer price by Team MakeMyTrip was nice. In my view property's location is best , facilities could be better like morning kit should be provided, mattress could be more comfortable. It was nice experience and comfortable stay, staffs were very cordial and helpful. Thank You

The toilets had all broken taps and shower and rooms were not cleaned properly. The cable of tv was not recharged for a day as i stayed for two days. The breads served during breakfast were not fresh . I was surprised to see this in a Tata operated chain that tobin Tata Nagar Jamshedpur

Location of the hotel is excellent, food is awesome, but room is too small in size in comparison to its charge, even toiletries are not supplied, in spite of request and it is told that toiletries are chargeable. Each and every hotel, resort supplies toiletries at free of cost to each person, even in foreign countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc. I never faced this issue. In India for the first time, in this hotel I got answer like this when the toiletries are asked for, which is beyond expectation.

Very bed service, bed linen was not changed, room cleanliness was very poor even full of hair on the floor , toilet was not cleaned properly hair and dirty still after cleaning. Reception staff they don't know how to talk with the guest . They took 30min for checkin and after getting room . The room condition , very poor rooms.
