The stay was not the same as pictures and the toilet was not cleaned. The room and bathroom was smelling bad. my review for this hotel is not good for staying.

Efficiency study business trip was good. Room had space for data review. Staff was helpful. Good base for process improvement work.

No complimentary breakfast is there.. the staff is irresponsible.. they do not have a night guard in their hotel also.. I didn't even check out.. the person in charge was sleeping.. I had to leave in the morning.. I just left the keys on the gate of staff room and left by opening the door myself.. no safety and security in the hotel and no service for food also..

1 very bad experience they told me that there is room vacant at the moment but if i pay per day then only they can manage. Lastly i have to pay them. After taking the room ni found more than 50% of rooms are vacant. They also told that while booking have to pay 40% to you.

As per mmt we suppose to get complementary breakfast, but they did not provide. And, room we selected initially that did not have any attached bathroom, so we had to upgrade.

charging extra money when you reach at hotel. They had charged me thrice the money of my booked room. They had put me on big trouble. Please make them refund extra money they charged if possible
