Lemon Tree Hotel, Centre Point, Jamshedpur

Food quality was very bad . Room was not clean and water was not properly coming properly from the shower.

very well organised hotel with highest professional hired to render the services. however food options for vegetarian may be increased. possibly best experience ever I came across.

My stay at Lemon Tree Centre Point was extremely comfortable. The entire staff under the guidance of Mr Zubair Ahmed was too polite and helped us with all our requests. Mr Asif at the front desk was super helpful and Miss Basanti from the restaurant made sure we had the best food experience every day. Totally recommend Lemon Tree Centre Point Jamshedpur for a wholesome stay.

Excellent overall experience. Staff were really helpful and very courteous. Though the buffet spread could have been much elaborate but it was fairly good. The hotel is well maintained. I would highly recommend Center Point to all.

Lemon tree has given his brand name to an old and orthodox property and don't even care of its customers. Very sad state of affairs and worst stay ever.

The room was not very comfortable. The toilet did not have proper ventilation. Breakfast was fine. The fitness centre was located in the basement and was dark with no trainer.

The location of hotel is good. Staff services were awesome. However the there were hygiene issues, room we’re having some cockroaches, apart from this all things were good

Very nice basic facilities & amenities. However, the window in the bathroom had a gap in the edges sealed using tape and the room became very cold in the night.

Stayed for one night. Pretty expensive for the quality of hotel. Food was good. But the rooms are very old. Doesn't give a vibe of lemon tree.

The hotel was great, rooms are decent big enough, morning buffet and hospitality were top notch. Especially the folks at the reception were great in helping me with a last minute change.

The hotel was short on towels. I have never been in a hotel where the housekeeping says we don't have towels right now, but we recieved them at the end of the day after asking 2-3 times. Hot water issues in the washroom, was fixed after complaining twice. Only positive thing here was the location of the hotel, everything else was waste of money.
