it was a comfortable stay, but the terrible part of it was that the elevator suddenly stopped working, and we were stuck for about 20-30 minutes, and even after banging on the door for help, nobody was there. other than that, the stay was comfortable!

Previously, in my first visit in jamshedpur, i was staying in this hotel and my experience was so good that i booked it the second time also in my very second visit of jamshedpur. And the stay was all worth it. The experience was great. Hygiene, Staff behaviour, Hassle-free check in and check out no rubbish no nothing! The experience was awesome like the very first time. They took care of every small thing before i even entered my room everything was there including water and so . I totally enjoyed the time . The only downside is the location of the property, otherwise everything is top notch and scrumptious.

i travelled with my friend and stayed at hotel SASA INN . We checked in at 10 pm. Its a amazing Hotel,feels like 4 Star hotel. Fully Air conditioning,luxury washroom, balcony view from room. The behaviour of the hotel persons are very good. overall good experience

checkin and checkout was smooth... rooms were A1 conditions.. staffs are well mannered... pick point location.. overall good...well maintained and pocket friendly hotel...highly recommend...and secure also

one of the best budget hotel in the area, clean and comfy place with ample parking space. the only minor issue is that they don't have an inhouse restaurant they provide food on order from a nearby restaurant of their own.

My stay at Sasa Inn was comfortable. Services are good , nice staff but location is far from Tatanagar Railway Station. Room amenities are of good quality. it was a very nice stay! It could have been awesome if food arrangements were there in the hotel.

I've already contacted the hotel before reaching there and the receptionist was well mannered and even guided me the route how to reach there and and i checked in after 10.30 pm and it was a hassle free experience and unlike other hotel they didn't charged me any extra money or harassed me. Coming to the rooms and the ambiance of the property, it was nice, well maintained, hygienic, clean and lovely property and the room was also awesome. There was also a little balcony from where you can see a hill in daytime, the view is amazing and every little thing was taken care of from toothpaste to shampoo soap towels and water bottles. The room was very clean and hygienic and it was a lovely experience. There was both air conditioning and geaser and a smart tv from where you can watch hotstar/ youtube or other otts. Thank you Sasa Inn for this lovely experience. It was all worth the money.

We reached at 10. 00pm at hotel but nobody is accompanied. Towel is very bad smelling. Celling fan not working. There is no fooding restaurant facilities.
