no housekeeping services everything you have to do yourselves ,food is terrible, unprofessional staff also the GM of this lodge feels everyother person is a foolish person as when requested for 2 hr extra time for check out he eagerly said you can wait at hotel even when his manager has allowed for 1 hour extra .Best part the reception started calling for check out at 8.30am...frustrated I checked out at 9.30

Clean room, comfortable bed, staff were polite, location is also good.

Hotel does not have provision for morning wake up call. Just for catch a train. Quantity of food supplied is too much and restrict ordering food.

Excellent. Prompt and courteous service. Food quality is good, quantity was much more for us. Very clean and big room with all the facilities.

Very small rooms too much very poor service waited for 1 hour for breakfast then also it didn't came

Friendly front office and courteous staff. Rooms are very small but neat and the linen is clean. Washrooms are very good and very clean. Only issue is that there is no one to serve food before 08. 30 am in the morning and before that no one even picks up the phone. Parking is available but space is very small.

The stay was comfortable with limited amenities and food quantity was average.

The room provide to me was very small for two people to stay. Hardly any space to walk in the room. I have got bruises while navigating myself within the room by the wall stand for dish tv setup box. The rooms are not ventilated and even the electric switches did not work sometimes due certain unknown reasons for which i had to call room service to get them fixed. No wifi, it worked only for 1h for my entire stay of four days. When i checked in i was not greeted well by the reception staff and i had to carry my luggage to my own room. No one introduced me to the settings of the room like ac and tv etc. Which is a common practice in other hotels. Even the reception staff was rude and was laughing at me when i asked a query on keeping the room keys with him for cleaning purpose. I had a spat with him on that. Overall very bad experience, will not recommend other fellow travelers to spend money on the hotel unless the staff in educated and trained.

It was a very short stay over there. I was there only for 6 hours. Everything was average in the hotel. The rooms and washroom were ok. The staff was good.
