familyWater is leaking from air conditioner, shower towels absolutely 3rd grade quality & old. Lift door takes forever to close and open. Had already paid for beverages. But at check out added the same bill and asked for payment.

businessIt worst the worst experience i had ever, doors lock were not working, i repeatedly had to go to front desk for help, i extended my stay there for few hours and they asked me to pay half day tarrif but later while checking out asked for full day tarrif. Worst experience ever.

familyFalse information updated in system by hotel & mmt, very poor hospitality, in system room size update 2067 sq ft but when i checked in at the property, i was allotted a room of 200 to 250 sq ft. Room no. 405, i contacted mm t customer care mr. Bibek but he was also not resolved my issues, very bad service by mmt. Hospitality was also very bad. Property manager blamed mm t that fake details was updated by mmt, all directions wall i can touch by my foot after set on bed, and system shown 2067 sq ft room with sofa set. Always i use mm t for my flight and room booking but this time mm t disappointed me.
