There is a lots of issue in room servicing , rooms are services are not worthy. But the quality of food was too good

The stay was great, and the service was super quick. The food was delicious too. The view from my room was nice. The only thing is, the hotel is well-built, but it needs some maintenance.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The price charged is not justified, as the walls are dirty, the toilets were not properly cleaned, and I even saw small cockroaches inside the room. I had requested an additional bed, but it was curved and extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, the hotel closes all its gates at 11 PM, so if you're arriving around midnight or later, you may find yourself locked out with no assistance available. The food is good and hotel staff are helpful specially the one at reception.

Room was too small and insufficient light was there and after reporting to reception then and there they have changed the room, but cleanliness not up to the mark. As per the pictures of the room during the booking and after seeing physically there was a far difference. I think that on line booking is really a risk factor always and practically not matched with their demands during the booking.

The hotel is very well located, and executive rooms are lovely, with excellent views. Some of the sheets and walls are beginning to show their age a little, but otherwise not much to complain about. The other rooms are not as nice.

Food was just ok. Location is good right opposite to the huge lake, but maintenance is pathetic. We had leaking pipelines and faucet in the bathroom. The shower was so bad that the water gushing out of the shower was hitting the ceiling. The wall corners were dirty n furniture was broken. The tariff that is taken for the rooms should definitely guarantee better conditions for the guest. The staff was courteous n polite.

The room provided was terrible, Wahroom flush was not working, washroom and room was stinking and there are plenty of mosquito in the room.

Location is good. Entrance lobby of the hotel is okay. Room is specious. But bed is not comfortable at all. Bathroom is dirty and bath fittings like shower etc. Are not working.

Very good room facilities, service and others services too much good. Overall very good experience stay in this hotel.
