Hotel was fine and rooms were spacious. However the staffs could have been little more courteous. Food was very good. However one thing that i did not like that they denied to pack breakfast for my baby as we were leaving early for the train journey. This was not the right gesture from a hotel of this standard.

The room which was allotted to me had insects on my bed and there was a lizard in my room, on top of that the girl who was at the reception asked me several times what time i will checkout i have already told that i will checkout by 10:30, restraunt i went for breakfast and i forgot my hair clutch went back and they said they don’t know.

The hotel location is very good as also the room conditions. The quality of food is also fine. This is my second stay at novanta jamshedpur. However, the service can be improved by (1) providing facilities for keeping dresses inside the toilet; the existing facility is not good, (2) for double occupancy, the room service should provide all items two sets; we had to call and remind room service about this several times and this is irritating. In general the hotel is good and i will visit again if there is any opportunity but the room service has to be improved.
