Review Of Park regency

Room was not clean .Staff was not supportive . Security closed the gate and waiting in the late night to open gate .Food was good.Not good as per the price

Never answering the phone. Good and clean room. Good breakfast

Service is poor, no proper parking, water facility is extremely horrible.

Had a pleasant stay for a night at the park regency hotel. The check-in was smooth and the staff is really courteous. The food that we ordered was extremely spicy and that was the only bad thing about the stay.

So nice hotel. Very neat and clean. Nice hospitality.

Ambiance and all staffs are amazing

Room maintenance is not as expected, some of the lights are not working, also the bathroom pipes and shower pipes are loose. The property is very good, but room maintenance is very bad, we found an old cake in our fridge, it was not cleaned. I understood what they concentrate mostly on their bar service.

Far from Kochi Airport food quality not good.

Stayed only for a night. All good except the air conditioning of the rooms, didn't work well.

Hell yeah .! Overall it was a pleasant stay @ park regency. The photos they show in the app are pakka fake. The room we got is .. Yah a standard room as they say .. But its never the same as in the pics. Why don't they show the original images then. I doubt. It was nice stay overall. Good service, though the rate of food items were a bit high. Yea its a 3 star hotel. Whatever, I felt the cost was a bit high. I just wanted others to know that the pics you see are fake .!
