Terrible Stay
Worst food, room is dirty, cannot believe it's hyatt group properly. By rating food at park Hyatt I got upset stomach, this not happened only to me 5 other person who are travelling with me

Park Hyatt Hyderabad truly exceeded my expectations! The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. The rooms were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The dining options were impressive, with mouth-watering dishes and personalized service. Coneirge and concerned staff need to be happier about their job
businessThe room is nice and the hotel is centrally located. Everything is great except the concierge which is never welcoming. I have stayed there at-least 10 times only for the convenience of location but the concierge is never willing to help with the trolley for the luggage and tries to delay the process until you do it yourself. Right from the staff that receive you from your car. They set a bad example.

Unexpected bad sta
businessWe booked 2 rooms 1 suite and another was a two bed room apartment. We went to the hotel by 330 pm but unfortunately for us we were given the room only by 630 pm. In-spite of booking premium rooms, we were not able to check in on time. There was power cut in the room for almost an hour at round 11 pm the next evening even after complaining, the hotel technician took his own sweet time to rectify. Food we ordered in house dining was delivered to us after one hour. Very very poor service and a very bad experience over all. Never expected this kind of service at park hyatt. For breakfast they have two sections. One on the lobby area and one in the mezzanine floor. The mezzanine floor service was very slow and the spread was not as big as the one in the lobby area. Many things they had to get from the lobby area which took more time. Worst ever experience
